3 Breath Exercises You Can Do Everyday In Less Than 5 Minutes

Breathwork Exercises and Breath-Awareness is gaining traction in not only the athletic communities but as well as spiritual and personal development communities as well.

People are having the realization and coming back to remembrance that breathwork is the most important pillar of our being.

Without the breath… we don’t exist.

Without the breath… there is no us.

But with the breath… we are ALIVE, FLOURISHING, and EVER-EXPANSIVE.

Able to reach new heights, experience functional health, and movement… as well as let go of the anxiety and depression that plagues our societies.

I spend countless hours each week teaching people how to breathe correctly, how to bring breath-awareness into their daily lives. And how to heal mental, physical, and emotional ailments through the power of the breath.

One important aspect I offer is Breathwork Exercises for my clients to practice daily, building not only the Breath-Awareness but also create optimal health.

I understand life is busy and that for some of us, it can be hard to prioritize our self and our health.

That is why I am going to share 3 Breath Exercises that you can do everyday that will take less than 5 minutes of your time.

Practicing breathwork doesn’t have to be a 90-minute experience to have results, you can experience amazing results by only practicing 5-minutes throughout the day - consistently.

My pregnant belly makes it a little hard to showcase these exercises, but I hope the photos help at least a little bit!

Practice these exercises upon waking, before bed, or anytime throughout the day when you feel you could use some healthy movement or grounding.
